Our Daily Rates do not include the following:
- Airfares, airport taxes and charter flights
- Transport to Alldays / Musina for shopping
- Packing, disinfecting and forwarding of trophies
- International phone calls and faxes
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
- Taxidermist, packaging and shipping fees of trophies
- Import permits and other country fees
- Sightseeing excursions / trips other than on Lubeksdal
- Gratuities for professional hunters and general staff
- Trophy fees for game wounded / missed shot and lost animals
- Accommodation expenses before and after the trophy hunting at Lubeksdal
- Hire of firearms and ammunition
- Transfers to and from the Airports.
Our price includes the following:
- Services of a licensed professional hunter
- Services of trackers, skinners, drivers and lodge staff
- Field preparation for trophies and delivery to a taxidermist
- Luxury lodge accommodation
- Meals and snacks
- 4WD Motor vehicle costs for traveling during hunting
- Daily laundry service
- VAT on daily rates and trophy fees
